Reformer Pilates
Our most popular class. Using the Reformer — to build full-body strength, stability, and control.
Suitable for all levels with modifications offered throughout.
Mat Pilates
The foundation of the Pilates method. Using just a mat and your breath, this class focuses on building core strength, improving posture, mobility and body awareness through controlled, purposeful movement.
Suitable for: All fitness levels. Modifications and progressions provided throughout.
Barre
A low-impact, high-energy workout that combines Pilates, ballet-inspired movements and strength training. Expect small controlled movements, high repetitions and a serious muscle burn that improves strength, posture, balance and endurance.
Suitable for all fitness levels, beginners to advanced.
Strength
A progressive full-body strength training class designed to build muscle, improve bone density and increase overall fitness. Using dumbbells, resistance equipment and functional movement patterns, you'll focus on getting stronger week by week in a supportive small-group environment.
